(I'm a little determined) We got along fine, and after awhile got to be friends. Selling my deceased mother's property,,, we dealt with alot in a little time, and got to see the other under fire. He was only a phone call away, if I needed anything. I have high regard for Javier. He is a wonderful person, very helpful and sincere. Think he grew alot throughout this contract & negotiations.
